You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Submit content or URLs you do not have the right to analyze.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Service. You grant StratifySEO a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

The Service may let you connect third-party services such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics. We access only the data needed to provide the features you request. Your use of those third-party services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

StratifySEO and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and logos. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. SEO insights and recommendations are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee specific results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StratifySEO and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

These terms are governed by the laws of The State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
