Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your StratifySEO account and the project data associated with it. Once your request is verified and processed, your account is removed and access to the Service ends.

You can also revoke StratifySEO’s access to your Google account independently of account deletion. Visit your Google account permissions page and remove StratifySEO from the list of connected apps. After revocation, StratifySEO can no longer fetch new data from your Google services.

• Account profile data, including your name and email.
• Project and site data you created, including domains, keywords, and competitor entries.
• Data imported from connected Google services and stored by the app.
• Generated reports and exports stored in your account.

We may retain a limited subset of information when required for legal, security, billing, or fraud prevention purposes. Any retained information is restricted to those purposes and is deleted when no longer required.

Email support@stratifyseo.com from the address associated with your StratifySEO account. Include the word “Delete my account” in the subject line. You can typically expect a response within 24 Hours.

To protect your account, we may ask you to verify ownership before processing the deletion. Once verified, we permanently remove your data from active systems and confirm completion by email.
